Hello again!
It’s been four days short of an entire year since my last post (herby bean sausage stew, anyone?). An entire year at uni, staff industrial action, and a global pandemic later, and I’m finally a graduate! So, it’s safe to say I’ve been kept pretty busy. This serves as my explanation for going totally MIA.
Well, now I’ve got a lot more time on my hands, I thought now would be a fabulous time to revive my blog writing skills. Having finished my time as Food&Drink section Print Editor at Redbrick, I feel as though I need somewhere to turn to in order to expend my thoughts about the food industry and beyond, and to keep my eye in editorial.
So here I am!!
I have a couple of recipes to upload, and I think some thought-pieces are in order to diversify a little. Food isn’t just about food, and I enjoy writing about other aspects of the industry just as much as trying out new things. I don’t want to limit myself to food-related articles either, so if I fancy popping some culture or lifestyle pieces on, I’m not gunna stop myself. Just laying out the ground rules.
